Terms & Conditions — bidi baji Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

"Platform" / "bidi baji"

Refers to the bidi baji online casino and sports betting service accessible at https://bidi-baji.app and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any future applications operated under the bidi baji brand.

"Player" / "You" / "Your"

Any natural person who has completed registration on the Platform, holds an active account, and uses any service offered thereon — including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant-win titles.

"Account"

The personal registered profile created by a Player on the Platform, which holds the Player's BDT wallet balance, transaction history, bonus entitlements, and betting records.

"Balance" / "Wallet"

The aggregate of deposited funds, credited bonus amounts (where applicable), and net winnings available within a Player's account, denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

"Bonus Funds"

Any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, deposit match bonuses, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions published at the time of the promotion.

"Game Provider"

A third-party software developer whose certified gaming content is made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer)

The identity verification process through which bidi baji confirms the identity, age, and payment ownership of a Player — typically using a government-issued National ID (NID) card, passport, or other acceptable Bangladeshi identity document.

"Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST)

The official time zone of Bangladesh, UTC+6, used as the reference time for all transaction timestamps, bet settlement, promotion validity windows, and support operating hours on the Platform.

"Prohibited Jurisdiction"

Any country or region in which the use of online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and in which bidi baji does not offer services. Players located in a prohibited jurisdiction may not register or use the Platform.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms. Any reference to a statute or statutory provision includes any amendments, re-enactments, or subordinate legislation made under it.

The bidi baji platform is intended exclusively for adult players. By registering an account or placing any bet, you unconditionally confirm and warrant each of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times that you access or use the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited, and you bear sole responsibility for verifying your own legal position under the laws of your country or region of residence.
• You are acting as a private individual on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, officer, director, or close family member of any employee of bidi baji or any of its affiliated Game Providers.
• You do not have a self-exclusion or account restriction currently in place — either self-imposed through the Platform's responsible gaming tools or imposed by bidi baji's compliance team as a result of prior account investigations.
• You have not previously had an account permanently suspended or closed by bidi baji for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.

bidi baji strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. If you suspect that a minor has registered on bidi baji, please contact our support team at [email protected] immediately so that we may investigate and take appropriate action without delay.

To access betting markets, casino games, or any other service on the bidi baji platform, a Player must first complete the registration process and receive confirmation that their account has been activated. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information — including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address.

One account per player. Each individual may hold only one registered account on bidi baji at any given time. Attempts to register multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitute a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended. Any balance held across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

Account credentials and security. Upon completing registration, you will set a password that, together with your registered mobile number or email address, forms your login credentials. You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with any third party under any circumstances.
• Ensuring that all devices used to access bidi baji are secured with appropriate screen locks and that you log out of your session at the end of each use on shared or public devices.
• Notifying bidi baji's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• All bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested through your account — even if made without your knowledge — until such time as you formally report the unauthorised access to our support team and we take action to secure the account.

Account verification (KYC). bidi baji may at any time request that a Player complete identity verification by submitting copies of government-issued identification documents. KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals above certain thresholds are processed, and may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large deposit volumes, or at the discretion of our compliance team. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal access being suspended until the verification is completed.

Account closure by the Player. If you wish to close your account, please contact the bidi baji support team via live chat. Before closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts under active compliance review may not be closed until the review is concluded.

All financial transactions on the bidi baji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bidi baji does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. No currency conversion service is offered, and no conversion fees are applied.

Accepted deposit methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to a Player's account within 60 seconds of transaction confirmation on the payment network. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the originating bank.

Withdrawal conditions. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• The Player must have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements before bonus-derived funds are available for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• bidi baji processes the majority of bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during normal BST operating hours. Processing times for bank transfer withdrawals may be longer.
• bidi baji reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawals above certain amounts, as determined by our compliance policies.

Player funds. All player funds deposited into bidi baji accounts are held separately from the operational funds of the Platform. bidi baji does not use player funds for its own operating expenses. In the event of any operational disruption, player balances remain identifiable and returnable to their respective owners.

Fraudulent transactions. Any deposit made using a payment method that does not belong to the registered Player, or any attempt to initiate a chargeback on a legitimate transaction, will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms. bidi baji reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse any winnings attributed to fraudulently deposited funds, and recover the full amount of any fraudulent deposit.

By placing any bet or participating in any game on the bidi baji platform, you accept the specific rules applicable to that bet type or game, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the conduct of that game.

Sports betting. All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other markets — are subject to the following general conditions:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are correct at the time of display. bidi baji reserves the right to update odds at any time prior to the bet being confirmed.
• A bet is confirmed only when bidi baji's system has issued a confirmation reference. Bets not confirmed by the system due to technical issues are void and any staked amount is returned to the Player's wallet.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at the discretion of the trading team. Any bets placed on a suspended market will be voided.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport as published in the Platform's Sports Betting Rules section.
• Obvious pricing errors — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds resulting from a technical fault — do not constitute a valid offer. bidi baji reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.

Casino games and slots. All casino games, slots, live dealer tables, and crash games are provided by certified third-party Game Providers. The rules, payouts, and RTP figures for each game are set by the respective Game Provider and are accessible within the game's information panel. bidi baji does not alter or override any Game Provider's certified game logic.

Game malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, server failure, or network interruption during an active game round, bidi baji will endeavour to determine the correct outcome using available game logs. If no reliable outcome can be determined, the affected round will be declared void and any stake returned to the Player's wallet. Winnings attributed to a malfunction are not payable.

Bet limits. Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by game type, player account level, and current promotional conditions. bidi baji reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

bidi baji offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer at the time it is made available. These general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Wagering requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms. For example, a promotion stating a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the Player must wager a total of ৳30,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Eligible games. Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to bonus wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be specified in the promotion terms. Live casino table games, for example, may contribute at a lower percentage than slot titles.
• Bonus expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry window as stated in their specific terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required level before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• One active bonus per account. Only one deposit bonus may be active per Player account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while an existing bonus remains active may result in the prior bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse of promotions. bidi baji reserves the right to withhold, recalculate, or cancel any bonus where there is reasonable evidence that the promotion has been abused — including through bonus abuse strategies, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other Players.
• Right to modify or cancel. bidi baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion prior to any such modification will be subject to the terms that were in place at the time of opt-in, to the extent reasonably practicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bidi baji platform. A Player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and — where applicable — referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false registration information, including a false name, date of birth, address, or contact details, for the purpose of circumventing age verification or identity checks.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts under the same or different identities, whether personally or through a third party acting on the Player's behalf.
• Using the Platform while self-excluded, whether under a self-imposed exclusion initiated through the Player's account settings or a Platform-imposed exclusion following a compliance investigation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform's betting markets, casino games, or account systems.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of collusion with other Players, sports participants, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing faults for financial gain. Any winnings accumulated as a result of a known error must be reported to bidi baji and will not be honoured.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. All suspicious transaction patterns are reported to the relevant financial authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of bidi baji's customer support or operations team.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on legitimate deposit transactions with any payment provider.

bidi baji reserves the right to suspend any account where prohibited conduct is suspected — even prior to the conclusion of a formal investigation — in order to prevent further potential harm. During a suspension, access to games and withdrawals will be restricted. The Player will be notified of the suspension and the general reason for it, and will be given a reasonable opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken, except in cases of clear and serious fraud.

The bidi baji platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bidi baji makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, secure, and accurate service delivery, the Platform cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bidi baji's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their bidi baji account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Exclusion of consequential losses. bidi baji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity — arising from or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform, even if bidi baji has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Force majeure. bidi baji shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond bidi baji's reasonable control — including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government action, network infrastructure failures, or payment network outages.

Third-party game content. bidi baji acts as a distributor of third-party game content provided by certified Game Providers. bidi baji is not responsible for errors, bugs, or malfunctions in game software that originate with the Game Provider, and the Player's recourse in respect of such issues is subject to the Game Provider's own policies and certification body procedures.

Amendments to these Terms. bidi baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Governing law. These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming regulation. Any disputes arising from the use of the bidi baji platform should first be raised with our customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
